Clean Air Bags

Protect your plant, people & parts from oil vapor

Mounted on your hydraulic injection machines' vent stacks, clean air bags expand and contract as the clamp opens and closes "re-using" the same air over and over. This prevents oil vapor from escaping into your plant air environment. Condensed oil vapor drains back into the reservoir. Clean air bags also protect your hydraulic oil from contamination by prohibiting airborne particulate from getting into your machine through dirty air filters. Clean air bags permanently replace your reservoir air filters and eliminate climbing on top of your machine for filter maintenance. Made of heavy-duty PVC-coated fabric, clean air bags are double seamed and sealed, assuring long life. A cross- frame support simplifies installation.
